This is a crucial phase to gather information about what you need. Frank and free flowing discussion is crucial to ensure all parties are clear on the deliverables of the project. A quotation is produced for your consideration. The cost of the project depends on its complexity and resources required to ensure success.

Once the deposit has been received, our consultant will begin conducting the research and data collection necessary for the project. A business intelligence or predictive modeling project requires extensive market research to identify relevant and acquire relevant datasets, wrangle them together and to produce a coherent dataset(s). Software development projects require extensive data modeling and business process modeling before actual application can be coded. This phase of the project requires you to be continually engaged with the consultant to ensure the data we obtain and process are relevant to your problem statement. 

Once you are satisfied with the work, we will deliver all data and materials of the project upon receipt of the final payment due. The deliverables may include source code, datasets, reports, activation codes and trained models. We look forward to continuing to serve you after the completion of the project.
